These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform") and the services offered through it. By accessing the Platform or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

Counselling Support provides education and career-related support services, including but not limited to:

  • Student counselling and guidance
  • College and course advisory services
  • College prediction, cut-off, and fee analysis
  • Admission-related assistance
  • Digital consultation and support services

All services are provided on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

User Eligibility

Users must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If the user is a minor, access and payments must be made under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as Razorpay.

  • Service prices are communicated before payment
  • We do not store debit/credit card, UPI, or banking details
  • Payment confirmation is subject to gateway and bank authorization

Payment Authorization

By initiating a payment, you authorize Counselling Support to receive the payment and authorize the payment gateway and issuing bank to process the transaction. We are not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, gateways, network issues, or third-party service providers.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on the Platform.

  • Approved refunds are processed only through the original payment method
  • No cash refunds are provided
  • Refund timelines depend on bank and payment gateway processes

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Not misuse the Platform or services
  • Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

Data Privacy & Security

User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures such as encrypted connections, secure servers, and access controls. Payment-related information is handled exclusively by authorized payment gateways.

Limitation of Liability

Counselling Support shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Decisions taken by users based on counselling or guidance
  • Service interruptions due to technical or third-party failures

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Counselling Support. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform or services, or cancel transactions, in cases of misuse, fraud, or legal violations.

Third-Party Services

The Platform may use third-party services including payment gateways, communication tools, and analytics services. We are not responsible for failures or disruptions caused by such third parties.

Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
